What happened

Hunter's View Ltd. has recalled multiple hunting treestand models because the cables holding these stands can break, causing the stand to fall and potentially injure users. The affected models are the HVTS-100 Wildcat, HVTS-101 Wildcat with camo seat, HVTS-102 Wildcat Comfort Zone, HVTS-104 Wildcat Swivel Seat, HVTS-300 Big Daddy, HVTS-302 Big Daddy Comfort Zone, HVTS-400 Big Horn Ram, HVTS-402 Hoot Owl, HVTS-500 Timber Ghost, HVATS-3000 Big Daddy Lite, and HVATS-4020 Comfort Zone Swivel Seat. These aluminum and steel stands weigh between 16 and 22 pounds and can be identified by a yellow label reading "Hunter's View Ltd., 1-888-878-0440."
