Cooper Lighting Recalls Shower Light Trim and Glass Lens Due to Impact and Laceration Hazards1

What happened

Cooper Lighting has recalled All-Pro shower light trim models ERT701, RE-ERT701, ERT702, and ERT703 with glass lenses and date codes from the 347th day of 2011 through the 119th day of 2012 (approximately December 13, 2011 through April 28, 2012). The trim and glass lens can fall from the ceiling fixture, creating a risk of impact and laceration injuries. The model number and date code are located on the underside of the portion of the trim that faces the ceiling. These trim pieces are used with multiple light fixture models including ET700, ET700R, ET2700, EI700U, EI700UAT, and various H-series models.

According to the recall notice, affected consumers should contact Cooper Lighting immediately to receive a free replacement trim for the shower light.
