What happened

Northwood Manufacturing is recalling certain 2019 Arctic Fox and Nash brand trailers equipped with Dometic 3-burner cooking stoves. The saddle valve securing bolt on these stoves may have been overtightened during manufacturing, which can damage the o-ring seal and cause a continuous gas leak that increases the risk of fire.

Dometic service centers will replace the manifold bolt and valve seal at no charge to owners. Northwood mailed owner notification letters on August 3, 2021. Affected consumers should contact Northwood customer service at 1-800-766-6274 and reference recall number 2021-001 to arrange the repair.
