Subaru is recalling certain 2010-2014 Tribeca, WRX, Outback, and Legacy vehicles, as well as 2010-2011 Impreza vehicles and 2010-2013 Forester vehicles that were sold or registered in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. An explosion of the inflator could result in serious injury or death to the front seat passenger, driver, or other occupants. Subaru dealers will replace the front passenger air bag inflator at no cost to owners. Affected consumers should contact Subaru customer service at 1-844-373-6614 to arrange the replacement, referencing recall number TKB-19. The recall began on January 25, 2019.
