What happened

Entegra Coach is recalling certain 2019 Entegra Emblem and Vision motorhomes because the windshield wiper arms may lift away from the windshield when the wipers are set to high speed while traveling at highway speeds. This reduces the wipers' ability to clear the windshield and decreases driver visibility, increasing the risk of a crash. The vehicles do not meet federal safety standards for windshield wiping and washing systems.

To remedy this issue, Entegra dealers will replace the wiper system free of charge. The recall began on July 30, 2018. Affected consumers should contact Entegra customer service at 1-800-517-9137 and reference recall number 9903403 to schedule service with a dealer.
