Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation recreational vehicle chassis equipped with Cummins ISL engines. The power steering hose on these vehicles may be routed incorrectly, causing it to rub against the starter motor's power stud. This rubbing can create electrical arcing and cause power steering fluid to leak.
When power steering fluid leaks near electrical arcing, there is an increased risk of fire. To fix this issue, DTNA dealers will reroute the power steering hose to provide proper clearance at no cost to owners. The recall was expected to begin in May 2018. Affected owners should contact DTNA customer service at 1-800-547-0712 with recall number FL-762 to schedule the repair.
