Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
General Motors is recalling certain 2016-2017 Buick Envision vehicles because an NSV Universal Tablet Holder accessory may have been installed incorrectly on the front seat head restraints. This incorrect installation can prevent the head restraint posts from fully engaging in the seat back, which means the head restraints may loosen or dislodge during a crash, increasing the risk of injury to occupants.
To resolve this issue, GM will notify affected owners, and authorized dealers will inspect the head restraints and tablet holders for proper installation at no charge, reinstalling them as necessary. The recall began on July 27, 2017. Owners of affected vehicles should contact Buick customer service at 1-800-521-7300, and can reference GM recall numbers 17239/17258.
