Giti Tire (USA), Ltd. is recalling certain Primewell Valera Touring II, GT Radial Champiro Touring A/S, and Dextero Touring DTR1 tires manufactured in Indonesia in various sizes. These tires may develop cracks in the lower sidewall that could cause a loss of air pressure, potentially resulting in sudden tire failure and increasing the risk of a crash.
Owners will be notified of the recall, and dealers will replace the affected tires at no charge. The recall began on October 24, 2016. Affected consumers should contact Giti customer service at 1-877-342-0882.

Gajah Tunggal TBK in Indonesia. The affected replacement passenger car tires may develop cracks in the lower sidewall, potentially resulting in a loss of air.
