Forest River is recalling certain 2015 Dynamax Rev vehicles manufactured between November 25 and November 26, 2014, due to a defect in the front seat head restraints. The head restraints may exceed the allowable backset measurement limit, which means they may not properly limit a seat occupant's head movement if the vehicle is struck from behind, increasing the risk of injury.
Forest River will notify owners, and the remedy involves having Chrysler dealers replace the front seat head restraints at no charge. The recall began on July 8, 2015. Affected owners should contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-262-3474 ext. 212 and reference recall number 55-06112015-0051.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2015 Dynamax Rev vehicles manufactured November 25, 2014, to November 26, 2014. The affected vehicles may have been manufactured with head restraints that exceed the maximum backset measurement limit of 55mm. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202a, "Head Restraints."
