Is my product affected?

  • Brand ENTEGRA

What happened

Entegra Coach is recalling certain 2014-2015 Cornerstone motorhomes manufactured between January 21, 2014, and March 25, 2014, that are equipped with specific Villa ABTS driver and passenger seats. The seat belt attachment may be installed incorrectly, and the seat belt webbing may fray when it rubs against a steel bracket in the seat, which weakens the seat belt and could prevent it from properly restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

To address this issue, dealers will inspect and repair the seats with proper fasteners at no charge and will also inspect the seat belt webbing for fraying, replacing the entire seat belt assembly if necessary. Owners of affected motorhomes should contact Entegra customer service at 1-800-945-4787 to arrange for this inspection and repair.
