Ducati North America is recalling certain 2012-2013 model year 1199 Panigale and Panigale S motorcycles because the left handlebar switch may not receive power from its connection at the dashboard. This defect can prevent the horn, high beam, right turn signals, and instrument panel display from functioning, which increases the risk of a crash and violates federal motorcycle safety standards.
