Jayco is recalling certain 2013 Eagle Premier Fifth Wheel recreational vehicle trailers manufactured between June 14, 2012, and August 10, 2012, because they have incorrect information printed on the Recreational Vehicle Cargo Carrying Capacity Label. This inaccurate label could cause owners to overload their vehicles and tires, which may lead to tire failure and potentially result in a vehicle crash, injury, or property damage.
According to the recall notice, owners of affected trailers should contact Jayco at 1-574-825-0608. Jayco will notify owners and provide corrected labels at no charge.

These vehicles were manufactured with incorrect information on the Recreational Vehicle Cargo Carrying Capacity Label. Thus, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 120, "Tire Selection and Rims for Motor Vehicles Other Than Passenger Cars."
