Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Mercedes-Benz USA is recalling certain 2013 GLK350 and GLK350 4-Matic vehicles manufactured between May 31, 2012, and August 2, 2012. These vehicles have a voltage issue in the parking lamp circuit that exceeds the maximum allowable value under federal safety standards. This higher illumination level may cause glare to oncoming vehicles, which could increase the risk of a crash.
To remedy the issue, Mercedes-Benz dealers will update the software calibration number of the affected electronic control unit. Owners will be notified by Mercedes-Benz, and the recall began in September 2014. Affected consumers should contact Mercedes-Benz at 1-800-367-6372 for more information or to schedule service.
