Dunelm sold an Aqua Basic Flush Fitting 2 Light Large ceiling light (model 2050) that poses an electrical hazard. After short-term use, the insulation on the wire connecting the two bulb holders deteriorates and burns away, exposing live electrical wires hidden between the bulbs and the metal body.
