Percussion plastic caps (Model 121) sold in cardboard display boxes labeled "72 SHOTS & SHOT PLASTIC DISK CAP" have been recalled due to safety hazards. The caps emit sound levels between 130.9 and 141.2 decibels, exceeding the 125 decibel safety limit and posing a risk of hearing damage. Additionally, shooting sparks from the percussion caps can cause eye injuries. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and European standard EN 71.
