These desk lamps with mosaic lamp shades pose serious safety hazards due to electrical and injury risks. The lamps have sharp metal parts that protrude into the electrical wireways, an unsecured fastening screw on the lamp holder that can rotate, and no cord anchorage to protect the wires from pulling or twisting. Additionally, sharp edges were found on the external surface of the lamp shade itself. The affected models are the #25L lamp (article numbers RFM-001, RFM-002, and RFM-003 in various colors) and the OVAL LAMP (article numbers RFM-007, RFM-008, and RFM-009).
