Desk lamps with mosaic lamp shades in models 30SL and 66L have been recalled due to multiple safety hazards. The lamps pose risks of electric shock because sharp metal parts protrude into the wireways, the fastening screw of the lamp holder can rotate freely, and the cord lacks proper anchorage to protect wires from pulling and twisting. Additionally, sharp edges were found on the external surface of the lamp shade itself, creating an injury risk. One test sample tipped over during testing. The affected models are: 30SL (article numbers RFM-010, RFM-011, or RFM-012 depending on color) and 66L (article numbers RFM-004, RFM-005, or RFM-006).
