Party Pack Face Colour (KAI XIN) Model N° 5386 is a face painting kit sold in a plastic and cardboard box containing six coloring creams, four crayons, two brushes, two makeup sponges, one mirror, one glitter cream, and pattern paper. Testing found that the paints and pencils contain dangerously high concentrations of metals, particularly lead (31,795 mg/kg), chromium (16,427 mg/kg), arsenic (49 mg/kg), antimony (765 mg/kg), and barium (7,160 mg/kg). These metal concentrations far exceed the limits allowed under the European Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC, making the product non-compliant with EU cosmetics regulations.
