A soft toy duck called "PILOU" (the mascot of Parc Saint Paul amusement park) has been recalled because it poses a serious suffocation risk. The toy is blue with yellow feet, a yellow fabric waistcoat with white spots, a red jumper, white gloves, blue hair tufts, a white Velcro cap, black thread eyebrows, and plastic eyes. It features a transparent plastic suction cup attached to the toy with a light blue satin cord that can fit entirely into a small cylinder, which violates toy safety requirements.
