Mei Yedersome Ltd is recalling tea light holders with suction cups due to a fire and burn hazard. The metal holders, available in white, gold, silver, and black (models 96639-1, 96639-2, and 96639-3), are designed to mount on smooth surfaces like tiles, glass, or mirrors using a suction cup. The problem is that heat from the candle can reduce the suction cup's adhesion, and the suction can also fail if the cup ages, becomes dirty, or is placed on an uneven surface. If the suction cup loses grip, the holder could fall and cause fires or burns.
