A pull-along toy aeroplane sold under the brand name TOYS LOVELY has been recalled due to multiple safety hazards. The toy contains small detachable parts (a ring and wheel) that can cause choking, has a cord that is too thin and too long, creating a suffocation risk, and features an uncovered wire pivot that can cause injuries. The product does not meet European toy safety standards. The toy is a multicolored plastic plane sold in a clear plastic bag with a cardboard label, and can be identified by EAN number 59028497486084 and model number 38015.
The importer has voluntarily withdrawn the product from the market. The recall record does not specify what consumers who have purchased this product should do.

The product poses a risk of:- choking because of small parts (ring and one of the wheels) can easily be detached and fit into the small parts cylinder,- suffocation because of inappropriate diameter of the cord (0.8 mm instead of at least 1.5 mm) and length of the cord attached to the handle (230 mm whereas it should be 10 mm less),- injuries due to the presence of uncovered (unprotected) pivot made of wire - diameter 1.5 mm.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

The toy is a plane made of multicoloured plastic. The packaging of the toy is a plastic, transparent bag, closed with a folded cardboard label. The label contains the following inscriptions: “TOYS”, a CE mark, “Unsuitable for children under 3 years old”, name and address of the importer “Made in China”, EAN number, pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction.
