Regen-Tec compressors pose a serious risk of explosion due to defective welds in all models and the use of unkilled steel in certain models. The affected products are the Airprofi 1.8, Airprofi 2, Profi-Airtec 128-8-1.1, Profi-Airtec 210-8-1.8, and Profi-Airtec 380-8-2.5. These mobile compressors do not comply with European directives for simple pressure vessels, machinery safety, low voltage equipment, and electromagnetic compatibility.
