Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Zen Magnets LLC is recalling all Zen Magnets and Neoballs magnets, which are high-powered 5 mm spherical magnets sold individually and in various set sizes. The magnets pose a serious ingestion hazard: when two or more are swallowed, they can attract to each other or to other metal objects and become stuck in the digestive system, potentially causing perforations, intestinal twisting or blockage, infection, blood poisoning, and death. Zen Magnets were sold in sets of 72, 216 with 6 spares, and 1,728 with 8 spares, while Neoballs were sold individually and in sets in silver, gold, red, orange, green, blue, and purple colors, with the product name printed on the packaging.

Affected consumers should immediately stop using the recalled magnets and contact Zen Magnets LLC for a refund.
