Infantino Recalls Infant Carriers Due to Fall Hazard

What happened

Infantino has recalled certain soft infant and toddler carriers because the buckles can break, which creates a risk that a child could fall. The recall affects specific models including the Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic Carrier, Flip Front2back Carrier, and Up Close Newborn Carrier. These carriers are cotton with a front padded pouch and come in black or gray with black straps. Only carriers manufactured in 2018 with lot codes ending in 0619 or 0719 are affected. You can find the lot code on the label sewn inside the carrier.

If you own one of these recalled carriers, you should stop using it immediately and contact Infantino for instructions on obtaining a free replacement carrier.
