What happened

K-Apparel is recalling children's lounge pants sold under the brand name "TINFL" because they fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. The 100% cotton lounge pants, which came in 18 different prints and sizes small through extra-large, do not fit snugly enough or have flame-resistant properties as required by law, creating a burn hazard for children. The recalled pants can be identified by one of 18 specific lot numbers (58500-51 through 58500-71, with some numbers excluded) printed on an inside side seam label.

Consumers who have purchased these lounge pants should immediately remove them from children and contact K-Apparel for a full refund. K-Apparel is reaching out directly to all known purchasers.
