FUBU brand sweatshirts
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Jordache Ltd. is recalling FUBU brand sweatshirts because the fleece fabric fails to meet federal flammability standards and can ignite easily, posing a serious burn injury risk. The recalled sweatshirts are long-sleeved, pullover-style hoodies available in red, black, or silver in ladies' sizes extra-small through large. They feature "FUBU" in large lettering across the chest and have a sewn-in neck label indicating the fabric is 90 percent cotton and 10 percent polyester, made in Peru. The style number FB-3855 appears on a sewn-in label underneath the care label.
Consumers who own these sweatshirts should stop wearing them immediately and return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.

The sweatshirts, which fail to meet federal mandatory standards for fabric flammability, could ignite easily and present a serious risk of burn injuries, in violation of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act. Fabrics that do not comply with the standard typically burn faster than newspaper.
Consumers should stop wearing the sweatshirts immediately and return them to the store where purchased, for a full refund.
