Graco has recalled Tot Wheels® Entertainer® Activity Center infant walkers with model numbers 4032LN or 4032BLA because they can collapse unexpectedly during use and injure infants. These multicolor walkers feature a removable green play tray with 12 activities including a steering wheel, ball spinner, and flashing lights, along with an animal-print fabric seat and five-position height adjustment. The model number can be found underneath the front of the walker's tray.
Consumers should immediately stop using these walkers and contact Graco to receive a free repair kit that includes a replacement tray.

The walker has a removable, green play tray with 12 activities, including a steering wheel, ball spinner and flashing lights. The multicolor walker has an animal-print fabric seat. "Graco Lights & Sounds" is written on a label on the walker tray. "Tot Wheels® Entertainer® Activity Center with Bounce" is written on a label on the walker's base.
