LÍLLÉbaby is recalling certain baby carriers from its Active series due to a safety defect in which the sliding chest-clip strap can detach from the shoulder strap. This detachment poses a fall hazard to infants being carried in the product. The recall affects the Active Series-Pro 6 in 1 in Space Dye Cobalt and Space Dye Grey models, as well as the Active All Seasons in Slate. These carriers are identifiable by a yellow colored tag on the front neck support and back chest clip pad, printed with "LÍLLÉ" in black lettering and "baby" in white lettering.
