Cub Cadet riding lawn mowers
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Cub Cadet has recalled certain 2011 zero turn riding lawn mowers sold under multiple model names due to a fuel leak that can occur near the rear mounting screws on the bottom of the fuel tank, creating a fire hazard. The affected mowers have yellow and black steel frames and include models such as the Z Force 48, Z Force 54, Z-Force-S series, Z-Force Commercial series, and Tank L series, with specific factory model numbers listed in the recall. The mowers were manufactured between January 2011 and March 2011, and consumers can identify their mower's manufacturing date and serial number on a label located under the front of the driver's seat.
Consumers who own an affected mower should immediately stop using it and store it outside. The record indicates consumers should contact their local Cub Cadet dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair to address the fuel leak hazard.
