What happened

Crate and Barrel has recalled its Josephine floor mirrors because the glass can separate from the wooden backing and fall, which could cause cuts or lacerations. The recalled mirrors include a larger rectangular mirror and a smaller square mirror mounted on wooden backing, measuring approximately 16 inches wide, 3 inches deep, and 90.5 inches long. These mirrors were sold individually or as a set of three and could be hung vertically or horizontally. The hangtag on the recalled mirrors displays the number 215-037 next to the barcode.

If you own one of these mirrors, you should immediately stop using it and contact Crate and Barrel to arrange for a free replacement mirror. Crate and Barrel is directly contacting all known purchasers about this recall.
