The recalled hardware bears item numbers 1703, 1704, 1705, or 1706 printed on the back bottom of the j-hook and on the hardware's box. The hooks measure approximately 3.5 inches long and 0.75 inches wide.
If you own one of these recalled items, you should immediately remove it from the wall and inspect the hanging hardware to determine if it has one of the recalled metal adjustable j-hooks.
