Fireworks Over America is recalling all Serious Spinout multi-effect fireworks due to a hazard where lit fireworks can tip over and fire shells at bystanders, creating burn, fire, and impact risks. The recalled fireworks have product code FOA 2773 printed on the back panel in the lower right corner and consist of eight tubes bundled together in a cake shape measuring 6 inches tall by approximately 4 inches wide, with "Serious Spinout," "Warning," and an image of two yellow cars on the front panel. These fireworks were sold individually and by the case.
Consumers who have purchased the recalled fireworks should immediately stop using them and contact Fireworks Over America for a full refund.
