Todson Inc. is recalling Zefal EZ+ CO2 bicycle tire inflators sold at Walmart because the pressurized carbon dioxide cartridge can forcefully separate from the pump head and injure consumers. The recalled inflators have "Zefal EZ+ CO2 inflator" printed on the front of the package, with model number 5602 and UPC number 798661556020 on the back.

Consumers who have purchased this product should immediately stop using the inflators and return them to Walmart for a full refund.
