Electric bicycles
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Haibike is recalling certain electric bicycles because the front fork can rupture or break while being ridden, which could cause the rider to fall. The affected models are Haibike XDURO Urban, Race, and Superrace bicycles from model years 2014 through 2016. These bicycles have aluminum frames, hydraulic disc brakes, and lithium batteries. To identify a recalled bicycle, consumers should remove the battery and look for a letter/number combination starting with "HAERA" followed by at least three numbers and characters printed on the front of the frame.
If you own one of these recalled bicycles, you should immediately stop using it and contact Accell North America for a free repair.
