COMBI International Corp. is recalling activity rockers with model numbers #9710-0 and #9710-1 that have toy bars containing a clear plastic ball filled with small colorful beads and a red ring. The clear plastic ball can crack and break during normal use, which exposes the small beads inside and creates a choking hazard for young children. The toy bar also includes a blue plastic bear and yellow plastic mirror. The recalled rockers can be identified by lot numbers 7000-10102 or 5000-6034 located on the frame.
According to the recall notice, affected consumers should immediately detach the toy bar from the activity rocker and discard it. Consumers should then call COMBI to receive a free replacement toy bar.
