What happened

Flos is recalling Skygarden halogen pendant light fixtures in models S1 and S2 because the dome can detach and fall unexpectedly, creating a risk of injury from impact. The fixtures are made of glass, gypsum, and steel, with domes available in gold, brown, black, or white with white plaster interiors. Model S1 domes measure approximately 24 inches in diameter, while model S2 domes measure approximately 35 inches in diameter. The model number can be found on a label on the lightbulb socket.
