What happened

Pacific Cycle has recalled the Playsafe Dartmouth Swing Set (model number 22-PS340) with date codes FSD0115AA and FSD0315AA, which was sold exclusively at Toys R Us. The sling-style swing seats included with these sets can crack or split prematurely, creating a fall hazard for users. The affected swing set has six metal legs and includes two swings with yellow plastic sling-style seats, along with a sliding board, two-person glider, trapeze hanging rings, and a four-person lawn swing, all with yellow plastic components. Consumers can identify their product using the model number and date code found in the owner's manual.

If you own an affected swing set, you should immediately stop using the sling-style swing seats and remove them from the swing set. You should then contact Pacific Cycle to obtain free replacement seats.
