Excite USA has recalled toy Military Copters sold exclusively at Rite Aid stores because the plastic blades can detach during operation and cause lacerations. The recalled helicopters come in two sizes (7 and 11 inches) in tan and black colors, are operated by manual rotary starters, and come packaged in a blister pack labeled "Military Copter with 2 Launchers." The model number is #9009935 and the UPC number is 680108044474.

If you have purchased one of these helicopters, you should immediately remove it from children and return the product to any Rite Aid store for a full refund.
