Staples is recalling "Back in Motion" office chairs sold under both the Staples and Quill brand names because the chairs can tip over when leaning back, creating a fall hazard. The affected chairs are black with bonded leather, feature a tilt function, and have wheels on the base. These chairs can be identified by SKU # 203439 and item number SBG 24422 printed on a white label underneath the seat cushion, along with a second label stating "Reg. No. CA31704 (CN)" and "Made by LF Products PTE LTD."

Consumers who own one of these recalled chairs should stop using it immediately and contact Staples to receive a free replacement base.
