Fisher-Price Recalls Infant Cradle Swings Due to Fall Hazard

What happened

Fisher-Price has recalled three models of infant cradle swings: the CHM84 Soothing Savanna Cradle 'n Swing, the CMR40 Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'n Swing, and the CMR43 Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'n Swing. These swings offer two swinging motions and six different speed settings. The hazard is that when the seat peg is not fully engaged, the seat can fall unexpectedly, which could injure a child.

If you own one of these recalled swings, you should immediately stop using it and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions. The product number can be found on the seat underneath the pad to help identify whether your swing is affected.
