Nestlé Waters North America is recalling certain three and five gallon cold and hot water dispensers because screws holding the heat band can break or detach, causing the unit to overheat and creating a fire hazard. The recalled dispensers are white and silver units approximately 38 inches tall by 13 inches wide with the Nestlé Waters North America logo on the front. Water is dispensed from a large plastic bottle on top through paddles marked blue for cold water and red for hot water. Only specific model and serial numbers are affected: Model BW210EZ with serial numbers LB15A12606, LB15A12620, LB15A12622, LB15A12631, LB15A12670, LB15A12687, LB15A12690, LB15A12762, LB15A12763, LB15A12848, LB15A12849, LB15A12870, and LB15A12888. The model and serial numbers are printed on a white sticker on the back of the units.
Consumers with recalled dispensers should immediately stop using them and unplug the units. Affected consumers should contact Nestlé for a free pickup of the recalled unit and free delivery of a replacement water dispenser. Nestlé is contacting renters of the water dispensers directly.

This recall involves Nestlé three and five gallon cold and hot water dispensers. The units are white and silver in color and measure about 38 inches tall by 13 inches wide. Water is dispensed from the large plastic water bottle on the top of the unit through the machine by pushing on the paddles below that are marked with blue for cold water and red for hot water. The Nestlé Waters North America logo is on the front of the units. Only the following model and serial numbers are included in this recall. The model and serial numbers are printed on a white sticker on the back of the units.
