What happened

Manhattan Group is recalling the My Snuggly Ellie Activity Toy due to a choking hazard. The toy is a plush brown elephant with white crinkle ears, featuring a green hanging loop on top of the head, a mini mirror on the stomach, and a teether and wooden ring hanging below the body. The wooden ring can break into small pieces that pose a choking hazard to young children. The item number is 212520, which appears on a small white tag sewn into the bottom of the toy.

If you have this toy, you should immediately take it away from young children and return it to where it was purchased for a full refund.
