What happened

Manhattan Group is recalling the Parents® Busy Time Activity Centers™, a wooden cube-shaped activity toy with a bead run on top and multiple activities on each side including a xylophone, drum, spinners, and character pockets. Wooden pegs on the xylophone can come loose, creating a choking hazard for young children. Only toys with the date code 400090GC are affected; this code appears on the bottom of the product packaging near the UPC code and on the bear character tag.

Consumers should immediately remove the recalled toy from children's access. Affected consumers can return the toy to the store where it was purchased for a full refund or contact Manhattan Group for instructions on obtaining a replacement item or full refund.

The Parents® Busy Time Activity Centers™ is a wooden activity center cube-shaped toy that has a multi-colored bead run on the top. Activities on each side include a 4-tone xylophone and rasp, butterfly and caterpillar spinners, zig-zag drum, castanets, and pockets with "alligator," "bear," and "cat" pillow characters. Only items with wooden pegs bearing date code 400090GC are involved in this recall. The date code can be found on the bottom of the product packaging near the UPC code and on the tags on the bear character.
