What happened

Manhattan Group is recalling the Manhattan Toy® Quixel™ baby rattle because the colored arches can break and create small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children. The plastic rattle features four colored arches (red, orange, green, and blue) with sliding beads, held together by red, white, and blue elastic string, and measures approximately 5 inches in diameter. The product was sold with or without a box and has "Manhattan Toy" printed on one of the arches.

If you have this rattle, you should immediately remove it from young children and return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.
