Goochie Goo Garbs is recalling Sensory Grab Garb blankets because the wire-edged ribbon used in the blanket's ribbon tags can become exposed, creating a laceration hazard to children. The recalled blankets are 6-inch squares of soft fabric with crinkle paper inside and ribbon tags located in the middle of each of the four sides. Each blanket has one white satin ribbon tag printed with "Goochie Goo Garbs" and polka-dot ribbon tags in black, blue, green, pink, or red with white polka-dots. The blankets feature various child-themed patterns including shapes, animals, and superhero designs. Only the 6-inch square Sensory Grab Garb blankets with colored polka-dot ribbon tags are affected by this recall.
According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using these blankets and return them to the store where purchased for either a full refund or a replacement blanket.

The Sensory Grab Garb blanket is a 6-inch square of soft fabric with crinkle paper inside and ribbon tags in the middle of each of the four sides. One side of the blanket contains a white satin ribbon tag with the words "Goochie Goo Garbs" on it. The polka-dot ribbon tags are black, blue, green, pink or red ribbons with white polka-dots. The blankets come in a variety of child themed patterns including shapes, animals and superhero themes. Only the 6-inch square Sensory Grab Garb blankets with colored polka-dot ribbon tags attached to the side of the blanket are included in the recall.
