The recalled sets have QVC item number T16876 printed on the brown box and include 16 plastic puzzle pieces that form a track, a battery-operated vehicle (train, fire engine, or school bus), miniature street signs, traffic cones, and a battery.
Consumers who purchased these sets should immediately remove them from children and return them to QVC for a full refund including shipping and handling. Customers who bought from QVC's television program or website were mailed return information, while those who purchased at a QVC Studio store should return the product to that store.
