Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Fisher Controls International, Inc. is recalling gas regulators that were manufactured between March 2007 and May 2007 due to a hazard where gas can leak from the regulator's flanges when flange screw heads break. This leaking gas poses a fire or explosion hazard in homes and small commercial buildings. The recalled regulators include HSR natural gas regulators and LP-gas regulators with specific model numbers: 67CD, 67CH, 67CN, 67CW, HSRL, R622, R622E, R622H, R632, R642, R652, R652E, R122H, R222, or R232. You can identify your regulator's model number on a white label attached to the regulator spring case, and the manufacture date is stamped on the regulator itself.

If your natural gas or LP-gas system was installed with a recalled regulator, you should immediately contact the company that provides your natural gas or LP-gas services. That company will provide a replacement regulator and install it free of charge.
