Wolf SL Carbon Fiber Bicycle Forks
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Cervélo SA is recalling bicycle forks because the steerer can break during normal use, which causes riders to lose control, fall, and suffer serious injuries. The recalled forks feature a clear coating over black painted carbon fiber with "Wolf Superlite" markings and logos just below the crown, "SL" letters above the fork blade dropouts, and a True Temper CRT™ logo on the inside of both fork legs. These forks may be found on R3, R3 SL, Soloist Carbon, Soloist Carbon SL, and certain P3 Carbon framesets and complete bicycles.
Consumers who have one of the recalled forks should immediately stop using the bicycle and contact their authorized Cervélo dealer to have a free replacement fork installed.
