Prince Lionheart Baby Wipe Warmers

  • Brand Advance Thermo Control (ATC), of Hong Kong

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Advance Thermo Control and the CPSC have recalled Prince Lionheart Baby Wipe Warmers with style number 0224 and date codes between 9803 and 9901 that have cracked interior tubs. Cracks in the interior tub can allow water to contact electrical components, potentially causing electric shock to consumers. The recalled warmers are white plastic boxes measuring 9 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 4.75 inches high, with "PRINCE LIONHEART" printed on the lid and an orange light on the front. The style number and date code are printed on the bottom of the units along with "Santa Maria, CA USA" and "MADE IN CHINA."

If you own one of these warmers, you should immediately unplug it and remove the wipes. Check the interior tub for cracks by looking at the bottom of the unit to verify the style number and date code. If the tub is cracked, stop using the warmer immediately and call Advance Thermo Control for information on receiving a free replacement unit. If the tub is not cracked, the unit is not part of the recall and you can continue using it.
