What happened

Sailing (U.S.) International Corp. has recalled flashing pacifiers because the nipple can detach from the base, creating a choking hazard for young children. The recalled pacifiers are necklaces with a 28-inch multicolored cord and a 3-inch plastic pacifier in assorted colors. The pacifier has a hole at the tip for a whistle feature and an on-off button on the handle for a flashing light. The packaging is labeled "Flashing Pacifier" or "2-in-1 Flashing Pacifier with Whistle Necklace."
